Yoga Therapy sessions are customized individual sessions to address specific concerns: chronic pain, depression/anxiety, or other mood disorders, loss/grief or general well-being. Initial consult and session required before we book a yoga therapy session. It is believed that the body is a sacred temple, meeting the person where they are and going to the root to provide you with support and empowerment. Offering yoga and its tools to encourage a place of wholeness and balance in the body.
Yoga Therapy Intake 75-90min $75
Intake session Is an evaluation of the body and mind. May involve hands on/and or a visual overview of alignment. Supporting the client and listening to all concerns of the whole body and mind connection.
Yoga Therapy Session 30-60min TBD
Sessions are customized individual sessions to address your specific concerns, to explore what is happening in your life. Supporting and guiding you to nourish your whole self: emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetic body.
